Thank you for a wonderful party at BEST WESTERN Hotel Jens Baggesen on the occasion of our silver wedding party in September 2009. In all our contacts with hotel and staff, we have been impressed with the kindness and cordial tone that characterise everyone at the hotel.

As our guests came from all over Denmark, we decided to hold our silver anniversary away from the big city and to provide accommodation for our guests after the party, so that we needn’t worry about anyone slipping away during the evening. In other words, we wanted a party where the guests would stay and party and dance throughout the night.

The party was everything we had hoped and expected. The rooms were perfect, handsomely decorated, the food and service were perfect and the rooms lovely and well-equipped.

We wish to give our warmest recommendations and to say thanks for a lovely party to the host and hostess and the excellent staff at BBEST WESTERN Hotel Jens Baggesen.

In every aspect of our party – reception, planning and actual bringing off of the party – we experienced nothing but kindness and service-mindedness without the slightest feeling that the hotel was trying to take over. The two rooms (dinner/coffee) and the switching between them during the party worked very smoothly. The table, the food, the wine etc. were top notch and the same goes for the rooms.

We have had a lot of feedback from our guests who praise the place, the food and wine and the event as such to the skies.

We celebrated our wedding at BEST WESTERN Hotel Jens Baggesen in May 2009, and we would like to say thank you for a fantastic event which lived up to our expections and more.

The incredibly cosy rooms and handsome decorations were the best possible framework round our big day. Pleasant rooms, which made it possible for our guests and us to round off our wonderful weeding the next day.

The food and the service were in a league of their own and prompted high praise from our guests. Also many thanks to your incredibly attentive and flexible staff who contributed to completing the great time we spent at your hotel.

Thank you for a truly good party on Saturday, August 8, 2009. We had an unforgettable day, and BBEST WESTERN Hotel Jens Baggesen clearly helped make the day perfect. And this began already when we discussed the menu. We were never told that anything couldn’t be done.

On the day itself we were welcomed by a smiling and service-minded staff, and the food was simply lovely and perfect – just what we had wanted and imagined.

A few words about our silver wedding party seen from our ”perspective”.
Incredibly kind and friendly staff who assisted us in every way. We really felt that they had time for us. It was a good way to begin. The food was delicious, well prepared. Starter and main course were deliciously hot, even though the food had been arranged on plates for the first serving. Another star for your staff.

We just thought we’d give you a few words about our wedding party last Saturday, May 15, 2010.
Everything was perfect, right from our first visit in the autumn; and we have always felt safe in your hands. And for good reason as we saw on Saturday. The cosy and handsome framework round our wedding party that just turned out perfect.

Our warm thanks to the staff who made everything go smoothly in spite of the many speeches and songs. The toast master sends his compliments.

The food and wine were super, our warmest thanks to the chef, and the midnight hotdog bar was a smash hit. Our guests have nothing but praise for the way they were received and for the accommodation. They all say that everything is just so clean and nice.

Thank you for an extremely successful silver wedding party on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at BEST WESTERN Hotel Jens Baggesen Korsør. From our first contact until we left the hotel Sunday morning, we had the most obliging, pleasant and cordial treatment. You listened actively to our wishes and included them very professionally in the organization of the party.

The party was held in handsome rooms, nicely decorated for the event. The tables had been beautifully laid, the food and wine were perfect – praised to the skies by our guests – the service was perfect and extremely discreet. We had 76 guests for our party. Still, everyone had their food at the same time, even though the three-course menu was served in portions.

Our guests came from all over the country, so we needed the right number of rooms to accommodate them. There were plenty of rooms and we were about 40 people for breakfast. The nice and sunlit rooms and the excellent breakfast were praised by our guests.

We give you our best recommendations and our thanks for the perfect framework around our silver wedding party.
