Best Western Hotel Jens Baggesen was originally built as a warehouse and for many years used to store grain for the local farmers. In 1990, the warehouse was turned into a htel after extensive renovatin of all parts of the building, naturally with due respect for its unique architecture and layout, as evidenced by the very handsom windows, preserved in a number of the rooms, which originally served as gates for loading an unloading of grain.
As we have continued to renovate and carry out extensions, the hotel is now fully functional as a modern, handsome and well-equipped conference hotel.
The facilities and the geographical location of the hotel offer teh perfict framework for family and company celebrations with opportunities for shopping or a nice stroll along the harbour and the narrow streets of old Korsør.
We look forward to welcomming you and your guests to a modern yet cosy town hotel imbued with atmosphere an intimacy.
